About Me

Hi everyone! I’m a photographer and physician of Polish descent who recently made Florida her home after living in Brooklyn, New York for many years. My artistic journey began in college when I took a black and white photography class tinkering in the darkroom and documenting everything around me. While further pursuing my education in medicine I continued to simultaneously fall in love with photography and didn’t put my camera down despite rigorous schedule.

These days, I split my time between working in the Emergency Department and traveling to different corners of the world to focus my work on street, portrait and humanitarian photography.

I started this blog to reflect on the photographic process and to share the beautiful places I have visited over time. I hope to encourage you to travel as well and to fall in love with photography like I have many years ago. Along the way, I’ll help you take better travel photos without any of that fancy gear and bring back memories that are perfectly reflected in those moments captured on your camera.

Thank you for checking out my site and sharing in my story! I am looking forward to connecting with you all. Hope you reach out and we can meet up somewhere online or in person over a mojito!
